What is Pharma Grade’s shipping protection?

Shipping Protection guarantees the arrival of your item, it’s as easy as that. If your order is not received within twenty one days of shipment*, we will resend it. In the unlikely case your resend order is not received, we will issue a refund. Australian orders are excluded from refunds but will receive TWO free resends to an address of your choice.

*21 days for Priority Mail, 28 days for Tracked Mail and 35 days for Australian orders.
